- Lieut. Eleazer TAYLOR born About 1745/1750 1.
- at the commencement of the American Revolution 1776, Lieut.
Eleazer TAYLOR left New England Colonies, and came to Halifax, and
served his Majesty's forces during the Revolution. He claimed a
relationship, cousin with General Taylor. He Built his first hut on
the bank of the Diligent R. 5.
- He had three brothers: two of them went to Virginia, and two came
eastwards
- Ebenezer TAYLOR 5.
- Paul TAYLOR 5.
- Phillip TAYLOR 5.
